Ingredients:
32 ounces spaghetti squash
1 1/2 cups chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon dried fennel seed
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
