Modified Weight Watchers soup.
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 cups green cabbage, diced
1 cup mixed greens
32 oz. organic chicken broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 t. fresh lemon
Directions:
1. Sweat garlic, onion, carrot and celery. Add broth and remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
