Zero Fat Crab and Tomato Base

This is a super simple zero fat mixture that can be put over salads, pasta, toast, or my favorite, a wheat English muffin.
Ingredients:
8 ounces imitation lobster meat or 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
Directions:
1. Shred lobster or crab and mix with tomatoes. Refrigerate if using later or with a cold dish.
2. Simmer until warm if using with a hot dish.
