Z Tejas' Avocado and Tomato Chopped Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 lb roma tomato, 1/4-inch dice
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 ounce cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 avocado, 1/2-inch dice
2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup black beans, cold
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions:
1. Add 1st 6 ingredients in large stainless steel bowl. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
2. Add avocado and mix well.
3. Add shredded iceberg and ranch dressing. Mix well and serve immediately to say fresh and crispy.
