Choose your favorite flavor of berry yogurt for this creamy, refreshing smoothie. This from a Carnation leaflet. I have not tried this, but posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
6 ounces berry flavored nonfat yogurt
1 ounce vanilla, breakfast drink (nestle carnation french vanilla instant breakfast drink)
1 cup ice cube
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
2. Blend until smooth.
