Yummy Seed Bars

Great flavor! Lightly sweentened granola type bars. Great for on the go
Ingredients:
2 cups organic roasted soybeans (raw, unsalted)
2 cups sunflower seeds (raw, unsalted)
1 cup ground flax seed meal
2 cups pepitas (unsalted)
1 cup agave syrup
3 tablespoons cinnamon
zero calorie cooking spray (like pam)
parchment paper
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350 .
2. Mix all nuts, seeds and Flax in a large bowl.
3. Stir in Agave and Cinnamon. Blend well.
4. Spray Glass baking pan (9x13 works well) with Pam and line with Parchment paper (Spray will keep paper in place).
5. Spread seed mixture evenly across pan.
6. Using wax paper, press seed mix down into pan as tightly as you can.
7. Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes.
8. Remove from oven. Let cool.
9. Remove from pan by lifting out parchment paper.
10. Cut into 16 squares (Larger or smaller if you prefer).
11. Store in airtight container in fridge (I use individual snack bags for easy grab and go).
