VERY GOOD!!!! I serve it on Pork Loin Chops and small new boiled potatoes. THAT'S IT!
Ingredients:
2 apples (gala)
300 g finely grated red cabbage
4 tablespoons apple jelly
4 tablespoons sour cream
Directions:
1. Remove apple cores.
2. Cut into small pieces with skin left on.
3. Mix grated red cabbage, apple pieces and gel.
4. Cover and store in fridge for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with 1 tablespoon sour cream on top.
