These are a great way to start your day
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup soymilk
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
2 carrots
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Mix together all wet ingredients.
2. Mix all dry, except oatmeal and raisins, in a separate bowl.
3. Add dry to wet.
4. Add oatmeal and raisins.
5. Bake at 400F for 12 minute.
