Yummy Good Spicy Rice

A quick, delicious one-pot meal. Chicken, oregano and a touch of chili powder and cumin give this moist rice dish its fantastic flavor. And the leftovers are even better! It is one of our family's favorite meals.
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken thighs
7 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oregano
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1 3/4 cups rice, uncooked
4 cups water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
Directions:
1. Sauté the chicken, onion and green pepper all together in the butter in a 4 quart saucepan a few minutes. Don't brown.
2. Add the rest.
3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is done. Let it set 5 minutes before eating.
