I came up with this low carb dip idea while doing the South Beach Diet. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free jello (i use strawberry)
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese soften.
2. Boil water.
3. Add pack of jello to water and mix well.
4. pour jello and water mixture over the cream cheese and mix together.
5. once mixture is close to being blended add cool whip and mix until smooth.
6. chill for at least one hour.
7. serve with fruit or graham crackers!
