This is a simple fruit dish that my kids love for breakfast or lunch. We try to only give the kids meat at dinner time so this is great.
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
1/3 cup craisins
1/3 cup grape-nuts cereal
1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions:
1. Put banana, kiwi, and craisins in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle grape nuts over top of it.
3. Drizzle honey over top.
4. You can add whatever other fruit you want.we have used peaches,grapes,raisins,apples, etc.
