Light, thin, yummy crepes! Great for breakfast or a dessert!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. Combine the flour, milk and eggs in electric mixer until smooth.
2. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
3. Spread the mixed flour, milk and eggs on to form a think layer.
4. Wait until bubbles start to form then flip.
5. Leave for about 2-3 minutes on the other side.
6. They should be slightly golden.
7. Serve with lemon and confections sugar, syrup, honey or anything of your choice!
