This is a yummy and healthy shake for in the mornings or when ever, i got this from my step dad a while back at first i was like ewwww but then i try'd it and im always making it.....
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. mix all ingredents in a blender and mix well till smooth. 2. serve.
