Yummy Banana Pancakes

I've been making these pancakes for a long time. These are hands down the best pancakes I've ever had.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted, plus more for cooking
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
butter and pure maple syrup, for serving
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and walnuts, set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl stir together butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, milk, vanilla, and bananas. Mix in flour mixture until blended.
3. Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease with non stick cooking spray. Drop batter by 1/3 cups onto prepared griddle. Cook each side until golden brown.
4. Serve pancakes immediatly with butter and maple syrup.
