Yummy 4 Cheese Spinach Dip

This is a recipe I loosely copied from a restaurant I like to go to... but I have changed a lot of things in it. My friends tend to harass me about bringing this dip, and it never stays around for very long...
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion (can be green onion for a milder taste)
1/2 package thawed and drained frozen chopped spinach (more if you like spinach, less if you don't)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup of choice cheese (can be mozza, jack, or i use feta)
1 teaspoon cayenne (or seasoning salt for a milder alternative)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together really well (leaving 1/3 cup of cheddar for the top).
2. Put in greased over ready dish (glass, china, anything but a pan or tin).
3. Top with remaining cheddar.
4. Bake for 15 minute at 375ยบ.
5. Make sure it's bubbling! Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
6. Serve with pita wedges, naan or tortilla chips!
7. Have fun with it! If you want more or less or certain things don't hesitate, it's a very flexible recipe!
