Your Favorite Yogurt Pancakes

I liked this Mollie Katzen recipe for its slightly tart flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup yogurt, your choice of flavor
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. Make a dent in the center of the flour mixture.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave.
3. Combine the milk and the yogurt in another bowl.
4. Add the egg and melted but to the yougurt mixture. Whisk until the egg disappears.
5. Pour the wet mixture into the dent in the dry mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until you don't see anymore flour.
6. Put a frying pan on medium heat.
7. When the pan is hot, melt a little butter in the pan and add 1/3 cup batter.
8. Cook 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown underneath.
9. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until underneath.
