Containing some or all of the following wheatgrass, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, Spirulina, Chlorella, Dulse, Kelp, Spinach, Alfalfa, Barley Grass, WheatGrass Barley and other Green Foods. Great for on the run. Make and take this quick breakfast on the road!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and or strawberries)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon wheat grass powder (green vibrance)
Directions:
1. Place all in a blender and blend till smooth. If you use fresh berries you can add ice cubes.
