Fool Proof Yorkshires
Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 ml low fat milk
75 g plain flour
40 ml olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 250'C with empty 12 bun/pudding tray in oven heating up.
2. Add eggs, milk and plain flour to a container in equal volume quantities (measures given are rough guide).
3. Blitz with blender.
4. Once oven is heated add small amount of olive oil to each cup - sufficient to coat each cup.
5. Put back in oven for 5 mins.
6. Add pudding mix to tray and cook for 10/15mins until risen and golden brown.
