My mum's recipe. So delicious for a traditional english roast dinner Ingredients:
1 cup sifted flour |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Grease muffin cup tin (best if using fat from the meat you are cooking). 3. Mix flour and salt. 4. Combine milk and eggs. 5. Add to flour and beat well until mixture is very smooth. 6. Pour into muffin cups (makes 12) 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. |
