Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple, coarsley grated
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted if desired)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine apple, yogurt, raisins, and honey; divide between two serving bowls. Sprinklw with almonds,and serve immediately.
