Yogurt Tahini Dressing

I prefer this served over my Baked Falafel Burgers.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tahini
1 -2 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
salt & fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to combine. Serve cold.
