Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Creamy and thick dressing. I found this recipe from The Good Carb Cookbook. I thought this was good mayonnaise. When I made this dressing I used reduced fat mayonnaise with Olive Oil and I used minced garlic. The next time I make this dressing I'll try using half reduced fat and regular mayonnaise as I don't like reduced fat.
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk or 1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons dried chives
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to mix well.
2. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
