This recipe was given to me by Nan who got it from Catherine. :) It tastes great! Try serving this with fresh fruit/nuts sliced or chopped in a layer on bottom of crust before pouring filling in. Or top with fresh fruit, additional cool whip, nuts, chocolate shavings, etc. for a beautiful presentation and additional flavor! :D
Ingredients:
8 oz. low-fat yogurt, any flavor
8 oz. cool whip lite or cool whip sugar free topping
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and cool whip in medium bowl with spatula or spoon until creamy and well incorporated together. Pour into crust and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set and frozen in center. Enjoy!
