Healthy snack. I use Yoplait Light yogurt, and also vary the flavors/fruit.
Ingredients:
6 ounces vanilla yogurt
1 small banana
2 tbsp walnuts
1/4 c. cereal, granola
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in cereal bowl.
