Yogurt Pancakes With Orange Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Blend flour with salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Mix milk with egg; add to flour mixture.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until batter is smooth.
  4. Cook on a hot griddle, turning once.
  5. Orange Syrup:.
  6. Mix all ingredients together in saucepan.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Serve hot over pancakes.
