Yogurt-Orange Muffins

Good breakfast or snack muffin. Very moist.
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cloves.
2. Add in the orange zest; stir to combine.
3. In another bowl, whisk the yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla together.
4. Add yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients; fold in just until moistened (don't overmix).
5. Pour batter evenly into 12 buttered or greased (with non-stick cooking spray) muffin tins.
6. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
