Good for chicken or lamb - from ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Allow meat to marinate for up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
