Yogurt Kugel (Noodle Pudding)

Ingredients:
12 ounces broad egg noodles
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 dash cinnamon
dried fruit, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Parboil noodles.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Place in a greased 8x13-inch baking dish or pan.
4. Sprinkle some more cinnamon on top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until just browned.
6. Serve warm.
