This is a really good alternative to a quick breakfast. Full of fruit.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberry
1 small banana
2 cups ice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your blend and blend until smooth.
2. Enjoy.
