Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh dill
1 shallot
Directions:
1. Scoop yogurt into bowl.
2. Finely chop shallots.
3. Add shallots, dill and mustard to yogurt.
4. Mix until well blended.
