Yogurt Crème Anglaise with Angel Food Cake and Fresh Berries

Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 large egg yolk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
dash of salt
1/4 cup plain 2% reduced-fat greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 (1 1/2-ounce) slices angel food cake, toasted
4 cups halved strawberries
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat; whisk in yogurt and vanilla. Pour mixture into a bowl; cool slightly.
2. Place 1 cake slice on each of 4 plates. Serve with 1 cup fruit and about 1/4 cup sauce.
