Yogurt Banana Bread

Very nutritious and nice to put in kids lunch boxes. Also good for adults to eat. Easy to make. When Bananas get too soft I mash em up and freeze them until I have enough to bake with.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup yogurt (plain)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Directions:
1. Cream butter & sugar.
2. Add eggs.
3. Stir in Lemon juice, banana, & yogurt.
4. Add sifted flour, baking powder & salt.
5. Fold in nuts and lemon zest.
6. Bake in loaf tin at 350 for 50-60 minute.
