  1. Cream butter & sugar.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Stir in Lemon juice, banana, & yogurt.
  4. Add sifted flour, baking powder & salt.
  5. Fold in nuts and lemon zest.
  6. Bake in loaf tin at 350 for 50-60 minute.
