1 cup avocado, cubed
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt or 1/2 cup grapeseed mayonnaise
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 lemon
1 tablespoon shallot, minced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup chives, chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon chili, ground chipotle
Directions:
