Yogurt and Fruit Parfaits

I make these alot during the summer when the berries are fresh and in abundance. You can mix and match almost any type of berry. Very refreshing for when you don't want to cook and are hungry. Kids love them too.
Ingredients:
3 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt or 3 cups fat-free lemon yogurt
1 cup strawberry, in juice,fresh or defrosted frozen
1 pint fresh blackberries or 1 pint raspberries or 1 pint blueberries
1 cup good quality granola cereal
Directions:
1. Layer 1/3 cup yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses.
2. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries.
3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
4. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
