Great for lunch.....lots of fiber. 2.3 oz of blueberries and the 1.2 tsp of sugar are part of a homemade blueberry sauce but CC wouldn't accept it so I put in the items separately. Nuts give it crunch and a bit more protien
Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt, plain, skim milk, 13 grams protein per 8 ounce
2 3/10 oz blueberries
1 1/5 tsp sugar
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/2 cup fiber one
1/2 oz almonds, chopped
Directions:
1. Top yogurt with berries, cereal and nuts. Yum
