Yoghurt Peach Cake

Nice cake recipe using yoghurt and canned peaches Note: canned apricots or another fruit may be substituted instead!
Ingredients:
200 g flour
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
500 g full fat plain yoghurt
2 packet vanilla sugar ,divided
280 g sugar divided
4 eggs divided
2 tsp baking powder
80 g butter softened
1 can of peaches drained
Directions:
1. Combine flour, butter, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, 1 pkg vanilla sugar and baking powder to produce a dough
2. Line a greased springform pan with the pastry dough
3. Drain peaches and arrange on the pastry.
4. . Beat 3 eggs with 180g sugar until fluffy
5. Add another pkg of vanilla sugar, yogurt and pudding powder and mix well
6. Pour mixture over the peaches.
7. Bake at 180 C degrees 40-50 minutes. or done
