You know you're in college when the only recipes you submit are smoothie recipes. I think I've perfected my smoothie here. Low in fat, high in fiber and protein.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup peaches
1/2 banana
3/4 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients.
