Yet Another Chili (And Chili Spice Mix)

This is quick and easy! You can make your own chili spice mixture by putting together all the spices in this, and you can store this for up to 6 months in a airtight storage container. ;)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper
1/2 instant minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
Directions:
1. Brown and drain beef.
2. Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients.
3. Then add them and the tomatoes and beans into a pot.
4. Heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
