Ingredients:
3 slices bacon, cut into fourths
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 lbs yellow squash, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Saute bacon and onion in butter until tender.
2. Add squash and seasonings.
3. Cover and simmer over low heat 30-40 minutes.
