Yeast-Free Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 cup soymilk
Directions:
1. Put pizza stone in oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oregano. Mix in the egg and the milk and stir well.
3. Transfer to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough until smooth, adding more flour if the dough is very sticky. Roll out dough and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
4. Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Add toppings and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
