This is a very refreshing salad to eat all summer long when tomatoes are so good. It's light, decadent, cheesy, herby and so good. Enjoy
Ingredients:
4 large ripe tomatoes sliced
12 ounces fresh mozzarella sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella in alternating slices on a serving platter.
2. Sprinkle with basil leaves.
3. Drizzle liberally with olive oil and season with salt immediately before serving.
4. Do not refrigerate prior to serving and serve at room temperature.
