Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice yamani
3 leeks
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons self-rising flour
milk amount required
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
oil
Directions:
1. Wash rice and boil until al dente, drain. Saute finely chopped leeks.
2. Mix the rice with the leeks, grated cheese, self-rising flour and beaten egg, add milk if necessary, season to taste.
3. Cook in oiled pan or similar essen until brown on both sides.
