Yallow-Mallow Pie

Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with syrup reserved
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over low heat stir marshmallows and 1/2 cup of reserved pineapple syrup constantly until marshmallows are melted.
2. Chill until thickened.
3. In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
4. Fold in marshmallow mixture until well blended.
5. Add all but 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, along with vanilla and salt.
6. Pour into prepared crust and garnish with remaining crushed pineapple.
7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
