Japanese grill bamboo skewers chicken.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
12 bamboo skewers
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 tablespoons gekkeikan plum wine
4 tablespoons gekkeikan sake
3 tablespoons honey
3 drops sesame oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. Skewing the chicken breast meat and place sauce to marinade for 30 minutes. Grill on each side for 3 minutes per side.
