Ingredients:
24 ounces yakisoba noodles
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1 sweet sweet onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
4 tablespoons pickled ginger
2 zucchini, sliced
8 ounces sugar snap peas
8 ounces carrots, sliced
8 ounces cremini mushrooms
8 ounces broccoli
8 ounces green beans
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 sweet chili sauce
1 cup fresh pineapple
white and black sesame seed
Directions:
1. pan fry noodles in sesame ginger sauce.and remove from pan.
2. stir fry vegetables in rice bran oil on high heat.
3. add :.
4. carrots.
5. onions.
6. peppers.
7. broccoli.
8. zucchini.
9. sugar peas.
10. pickled ginger.
11. mushrooms.
12. fresh pineapple.
13. macadamia nuts.
14. glaze vegetables with teriyaki and sweet chili sauce.
15. serve over pan fried noodles/or organic wild rice medley.
