220 grams of soba noodles (the cooked one,not the dried) |
100 grams of pork in yakiniku slices (bacon slice) |
2 cloves of garlic (grated) |
1 tsp of ginger (grated) |
1 sweet onion ( thinly sliced) |
1 carrot ( peeled and cut thinly ) |
1/4 - 1/2 cabbage (cut for soba size) |
1/4 cup of light soy sauce (like kikkoman) |
2 tbsp of sake (japanese rice wine) or any cooking wine |
2 tbsp of mirin ( sweet rice wine) |
1 packet of hon dashi ( ajinomoto hon dashi - the pink one ) |
2 tbsp of sugar |
3 tbsp of vegetable cooking oil |
toasted sesame seeds ( the brown ones. if you buy fresh or uncooked sesame seeds-they are white in color.you have to toast them in non-stick pan on stove.so,buy the toasted ones to save time :p ) |
