A modification on Amazing Oatmeal/Ww Muffins Add Any Fruit You Like - which I THOUGHT was Weight Watchers, turns out the Ww stands for whole wheat . They are delicious the other way, but this way they kill two birds with one stone - Weight Watchers AND my chocolate fix!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 cup mini chocolate chip
Directions:
1. Mix oats and yogurt together.
2. Stir in remaining items.
3. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
