Ingredients:
1 mango, diced
1 sm. red onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. fresh or thawed corn kernels
1/2 c. canned black beans, rinsed & drained
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until mixed well. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 min. Use within 1 day.
