from the spring edition of weight watchers 5 ingredient 15 minute cookbook . Havent tried it yet, but with a points value of 0 I will be soon!
Ingredients:
1 large tomato, chopped
2 medium peaches, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor and pulse 5 times.
2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse twice.
3. Serve immeditately or cover and chill.
